This policy explains what information Apex Vintage collects when you visit apex-vintage.com or place an order, and how it's used.

What we collect

• Orders: name, email, shipping address and order details. Payments are processed by our checkout provider (Shopify); we never see or store your full card number.
• Your bag: items you add are saved in your browser's local storage so they stay there when you come back. This stays on your device.
• Analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to count page views. It doesn't identify you personally.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, answer your messages, handle returns, and improve the site. We don't sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: our checkout and payment provider, our suppliers and fulfillment partners (to ship your order), shipping carriers, and our hosting provider.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@apex-vintage.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete; we honor these requests.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
